1. The service

OneThing is a personal decision engine that helps you focus on the next task. By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You need to sign in to use OneThing. Keep your account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Acceptable use

Don't do illegal things with OneThing. Don't try to break it, abuse the assistant, scrape it, or use it to harass others.

4. Your content

You own the tasks, notes, and chats you create. You give us permission to store and process them so we can run the service for you.

5. The assistant

The in-app assistant uses third-party language models. Its output can be wrong. Don't rely on it for medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. Connected services

When you connect Gmail, Calendar, Todoist, or other services, the data those services share with us is governed by their terms and our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we'll notify you in the app or by email.

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

9. No warranty, limited liability

OneThing is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
